Qualification
and Experience:
(a)
First-class post-graduation in the library and information science (MLIS) from a recognized Indian university.
(b) Desirable:
Experience of work in the institute of higher education/ research.
Stipend -
Rs. 20,000 /- per Month
Age: Maximum
27 Years.
Last Date for Application- 15/09/20
Job Profile: The selected candidate will need to work in shift duties 6 days a week.
Key Skills:
Excellent
communication skills in English.
Basic
knowledge of IT applications used in libraries.
Knowledge of
library procedures and standards (such as DDC, MARC format, etc.).
Hands-on experience of library software applications such as KOHA, D Space, etc.
Contract Basis: Selected candidates will be offered a fixed-term appointment for a period of one year. The appointment is purely temporary and will not be extended.
